Requirements for PL Web
Absolutely required: - Theme differentiation between PLC and MyPLC/Federation installs.
- Ability to add new content like Announcements, Documentation.
- PLC users have access. Non-PLC users do not.
- Integration with existing static content, PDNs, PPTs, other documentation.
- Integration with existing PHP content, planetlab/nodes, sites, slices, persons, etc.
- Easy Backup to prevent data loss.
- Short and Long-term maintainablility
- Short and Long-term ease of migration from version to version.
It would be nice if, - PLC user accounts were known within the CMS.
- Could facilitate PL development, Support requests, or Monitoring info.
- Integration of thirdparty information sources, not owned by the MyPLC.
- Theme support might provide 1, but so would a private vs public CSS file.
